Wabash County - You've Arrived

Welcome

The Economic Development Group of Wabash County is dedicated to providing consultants, site selectors and business leaders the information and opportunities necessary to expand, start or relocate businesses in Wabash County, Indiana. We work closely with state, city and county government, along with other economic development organizations, to provide for the economic development needs of our community. Recent attraction or expansion projects have included:
  • Living Essentials
  • Novae
  • Cinergy MetroNet
  • Poet Bio-Fuels
  • New Business Park
  • New Industrial Park
  • Expansion of many local businesses
We completed the Cinergy MetroNet TIF District that included the Wabash Industrial Park, the Wabash Business Park, the Duke property at the s.w. intersection of Rt 13 and U.S. 24, and the North Manchester Industrial Park. This will facilitate repayment of the TIF Bonds for Cinergy MetroNet but more importantly, we established these three sites as TIF Districts without cost to any local unit of government.
