Ritta is married and has 3 children and 8 grandchildren. She believes in celebrating life.  “Every day is an adventure,” says Ritta.

Ritta has been with Charley Creek Inn for 5 months. When asked what she enjoys most about her job, she said, “At the end of the event when the host says ‘everything was perfect, the staff was exceptional and we had a wonderful time.’” She enjoys that each event is different and that by working with the host, she can help create an event tailored just for them.  By doing so, she learns the host’s personality, likes and dislikes and really gets to know the person.

Ritta says the positive aspects of the community are the “arts and entertainment, community growth, and education.”
